Donald Trump hangs painting of himself and Abraham Lincoln up in the White House

Kyle Picknell

Donald Trump is at it yet again

The world’s most delusional man has pretty much topped all his other self-aggrandizing feats with this: a painting of Trump sat down with former Republican presidents of years gone by, just enjoying a drink and a chinwag.

And this isn’t something he has quietly hung up in his own home. Oh no. He’s placed it in his office in the White House.

A painting. Of him sat opposite Abraham Lincoln. Just casually enjoying a drink. Of Diet Coke. Fucking hell.

The work, called ‘The Republican Club’ and painted by Andy Thomas, was gifted to Trump by Republican congressman Darrell Issa.

If you were wondering about the full lineup on display, the picture includes:

Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Ronald Reagan, George Bush, both senior and junior versions, and of course, Donald Trump.

(Calvin Coolidge is the guy menacingly lurking in the background, for some reason.)

Predictably, it didn’t take long for the internet to get to work in ridiculing Trump’s newest prized possession.

Multiple sources have claimed that upon receiving the painting, Trump phoned up the artist to tell Thomas how good he thought the painting (translation: he himself) looked.

Still, he’s at least got his choice of Starburst flavours absolutely bang on.
