Thousands have turned out to dance along to his hit songs in the packed-out city centre

Tim Bergling, aka Avicii, passed away at the age of 28 on Friday 20 April. The musician, producer and DJ, best known for his hit singles such as 'Wake Me Up' and 'Hey Brother', was found dead in Oman. He was originally from Stockholm, before embarking on a career which involved working alongside the likes of Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Madonna, Rita Ora, Coldplay and Major Lazer, with many turning to Twitter to pay tribute to him.
