This is nothing short of evil.

Since yesterday, photos have emerged on Facebook of a barbed wire trapped stretched between two trees at neck height on a popular cycling trail in Co Wicklow, Ireland. Website Sticky Bottle says that somebody set up the trap at Downs Hill, Willow Grove, and that some cyclists had been lucky to avoid injury. https://twitter.com/sticky_bottle/status/724555041714102273 There are now unconfirmed reports of somebody who has fallen victim to the despicable trap, judging by photos posted to Twitter (graphic). https://twitter.com/gloverstweets/status/724565443713851393
