The bet placed with 888sport won him £50,000 off a quid – but the worst part of it is that he doesn’t even know.
The betting company has tried messaging and phoning the lucky winner – but they’ve had no response and he’s not even logged onto his account to find 50 grand sat in there.
“Perhaps he’s still out drinking or maybe he forgot he placed the bet, 888sport spokesman Harry Pile told the Edinburgh Evening News.
