Next you click on "Location Services".
Scroll down a small bit in location services and select "System Services".
Then click into "Frequent Locations".
Here is a small list of places that this iPhone user has visited frequently, there will most likely be even more locations stored on your iPhone.
You can click on the addresses and it will open a map of the area, here you can view when you were in each location in greater detail.
To turn off this feature, simply flick the slider to the off position.
