A mass casualty incident has been declared in New Jersey, US, after a skydiving plane carrying 15 people crashed while taking off.
The incident happened just before 17:30 local time (22:30 BST) yesterday as the small plane went off the end of the runway at Cross Keys Airport in Williamstown, New Jersey.
Reports say that the Cessna 208B was carrying 15 people with all on board being taken to hospital and treated for injuries.
Gloucester County Emergency Management called the crash a “mass casualty incident” in a Facebook post.

“Please avoid the area to allow emergency vehicles the best access,” officials said.
Spokesperson for Cooper University Hospital in Camden, Wendy A. Marano, said three people were being treated at a trauma centre while eight people who were less severely injured were being treated at an emergency department.
Marano added that four other patients had “minimal injuries” and were waiting to be evaluated further.
The cause of the crash is not currently known being so fresh.
The FAA is investigating the incident.
It comes just days after six people were killed in a plane crash in Ohio.
That plane was manned by an experienced crew with four passenger, however, caught fire and crashed as per local officials.
