Man comes up with ingenious solution to stop neighbours stealing his parking space

Viewers were left in awe of the tactic, which was shared by TikToker @iam_zlu.

The video begins on a rather normal looking street, until the camera pans to what seems to be a Mini Cooper parked up on the side of the road.

However, not before long, the TikToker gives it away as viewers begin to see that this is just an illusion.

The social media star is holding up a screen which makes it look like a car is parked there, when in fact there is nothing behind this.

As brilliant of an idea as this is, it doesn't seem like one that seems practical in real life, as the clip looks as though it was likely computer generated.

Regardless of this, viewers are pretty impressed at the ingenuity.
