Lewis Capaldi's new video has left fans utterly broken - sparking a viral trend on TikTok.
The West Lothian singer, 26, released his new track Wish You The Best last month accompanied by an equally emotional music video.
The singer even described the track as one of "the saddest songs I've ever written".
Lewis previously explained: “It’s a song about what we don’t say to those people. I was fascinated by the things left unsaid, whether that be in a relationship or a friendship.”
And judging by the reactions on social media, he may well have a point.
An emotional video - released just two weeks ago - has already racked up over 12 million views on YouTube.
It follows an older postman named John and his beloved scruffy dog called Willow.
A number of Capaldi's fans have taken to social media to share their reactions.
