That feeling of instant horror when a text or an email is accidentally sent to the wrong person is something many of us can relate to, but this one is particularly bad.

According to the Manchester Evening News, tenant Sarah Darlington contacted S&S Estates to ask the company to fix her alarm. When she received a reply from the company, she was surprised to find that she'd accidentally been copied into a message meant for someone else. Clearly visible in coloured lettering at the bottom of the email, is a message which reads: "I'm not dealing with this bitch." "There was no apology, it’s disgusting.”
