Letting agency worker accidentally copies in tenant to an offensive email that wasn't meant for her eyes

That feeling of instant horror when a text or an email is accidentally sent to the wrong person is something many of us can relate to, but this one is particularly bad.

According to the Manchester Evening News, tenant Sarah Darlington contacted S&S Estates to ask the company to fix her alarm.

When she received a reply from the company, she was surprised to find that she'd accidentally been copied into a message meant for someone else.

Clearly visible in coloured lettering at the bottom of the email, is a message which reads: "I'm not dealing with this bitch."

Having complained to directors, Sarah says she is yet to receive an apology.

“After getting the message on Thursday night I found the company’s directors and emailed them as well as the manager – but all I got was a reply on Friday afternoon saying the complaint had been passed on," Sarah explains.
