Everybody is loving Jonah Hill's transparency
Hollywood actor and comedian Jonah Hill has requested that people stop making comments, both positive or negative, about his body.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday 13 October, the
21 Jump Street actor addressed his 3.1m followers in a post.
"I know you mean well but I kindly ask that you not comment on my body, good or bad,"

He continued: "I want to politely let you know it's not helpful and doesn't feel good. Much respect."
The actor has been met with hordes of positive comments from the celebrity community.
Queer Eye's Bobby Berk and
Saturday Night Live's Aidy Bryant both replied with appreciative emojis.
One fan commented: "So much respect for you writing this Jonah. Nobody has any right to comment on your body, it is sacred to you and let's focus on your absolutely incredible acting and projects that you are doing constantly."
Jonah Hill has spoked openly about his body issues in the past. For instance, on Instagram earlier this year he wrote: 'I'm 37 and finally love and accept myself'.
Appearing on the
Ellen show in 2018, Hill describes a rather admirable perspective on weight and body image.
“I think everybody has a version of themselves — I call it, like, a snapshot, let’s say, at some point in your life, of the person you are,” he told the TV host.
