Jeremy Clarkson has posted this series of stroppy tweets to deny recent rider story

Jeremy Clarkson has hit back at recent claims that made him out to be one of the biggest divas on the planet.

The story was first reported in the New Zealand Herald using claims made by Ed Coutts, owner of accommodation provider Waiheke Unlimited. Coutts told the publication: "The cost was outrageous and the show’s promoters were complaining they were going broke." Talking of the Range Rover, he said: "It never got used. I asked what was the point and he said, ‘I just wanted to look at it'."
