The broadcaster used footage of the celebrity chef on a news story about Henry receiving his knighthood.
ITV has apologised for a news report in which they used footage of celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott during a segment on the comedian Lenny Henry.
Henry was being interviewed about being honoured for services to comedy and drama when the footage showed a performance by Harriott at the Comedy Store.

In apologising to representatives of both Henry and Harriott, ITV cited an error in the production process. ITV has since removed the clip from the report on its +1 channel, instead displaying an error.
