The broadcaster used footage of the celebrity chef on a news story about Henry receiving his knighthood.

ITV has apologised for a news report in which they used footage of celebrity chef Ainsley Harriott during a segment on the comedian Lenny Henry. Henry was being interviewed about being honoured for services to comedy and drama when the footage showed a performance by Harriott at the Comedy Store. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=25&v=d91uP81hXNU In apologising to representatives of both Henry and Harriott, ITV cited an error in the production process. ITV has since removed the clip from the report on its +1 channel, instead displaying an error.
