Police have identified CCTV and other footage

Five teenagers have been stabbed and are now left with serious injuries, while police are asking for information regarding the attackers.

The stabbings occurred in Hampshire, as an unknown group had gained entry to a Halloween party.

According to police, five of the stabbed teenagers are boys, three of them aged 16 while two are aged 17.

Hampshire Police are now asking for information about an “unknown group”, which had gained entry to the party.

Police were called to Park Road in Chandler's Ford, near Eastleigh, shortly after 10:30pm on Saturday.

Police spoke to witnesses as investigation is launched

Following the serious injuries, all of the five boys were taken to the hospital.

As police overnight spoke to witnesses, an investigation into the incident has been launched.

They have also identified CCTV and other footage, and made enquiries at neighbouring houses and in a number of other nearby streets, it has been revealed.

Hampshire Police said that officers’ enquiries have continued during the day, with “scenes in place” in Park Road and Valley Road.

Detectives have also asked anyone who could provide information to support the investigation.

“We are already hard at work identifying anyone who was at the party who may be able to assist our enquiries, whether that be having directly witnessed what took place, having filmed any footage which may be relevant, or who may be able to help us identify the unknown group”, Detective Chief Inspector Elizabeth Pirie said.

“I understand the response the local community may have to hearing about this incident this morning, and I do not underestimate the impact our scenes will be having on those living in the area”.

“These scenes are vitally important for our enquiries and we are grateful to the understanding of our communities whilst we work to establish the facts.”

“We particularly want to hear from anyone who can provide information to support our investigation. If you were at the party and have not spoken with officers yet, or you have any CCTV, mobile phone, dash cam or doorbell camera footage covering Park Road and the surrounding area, then please get in touch”, DCI Pirie added.

People who have information in relation to the incident can contact police on 101 or via their website, or Crimestoppers anonymously.
