The retired Manchester United and England star, who has kicked off a UNICEF tour starting in Papua New Guinea, helped create footballs from banana leaves for his first game.
Becks is taking part in charity matches across seven continents to raise funds and awareness for the United Nations children agency, of which he is an ambassador.
