Conor McGregor left it late to acknowledge International Women’s Day on Thursday, but typically, he did so in a manner that few will forget in a hurry, if not necessarily for the right reasons.
As it turns out, McGregor’s ‘tribute’ was merely yet another instalment in his bizarre feud with rapper 50 Cent, which started in the build-up to McGregor’s fight with Floyd Mayweather and has escalated ever since.
Alongside a picture of 50 Cent on his Instagram page, McGregor wrote: “Happy international Women's day everyone! Get your tits out for the lads ladies. We love you.
“Superior genes my big ballsack mate. I am made of granite. You need a bra. You jabbed up fool.”
As you can see in the post below, which easily eclipsed a million likes in nine hours, McGregor went on to taunt 50 Cent about his age and told him to “fuck off” before softening the blows by telling him “we still proper love a few of your tunes over on this side of the world”.

Earlier this week, McGregor had another dig at 50 Cent while saluting his position on the Forbes list of highest-paid athletes; this feud looks like one that might roll on for some time yet.
