Bayern Munich have reportedly made their 'first offer' to the representatives of a Liverpool star, as per a breaking report from German outlet BILD.
Max Eberl, Bayern's director of sport, has tonight made a 'concrete approach' to the Colombia winger Luis Diaz.
An integral part to Arne Slot's first season success at Anfield, Diaz bagged 13 goals, whilst providing seven assists for The Reds.
However, concrete figures were initially discussed in order for Vincent Kompany's Bundesliga champions to 'prepare an offer' for the player ahead of next season.
Now, with Diaz 'open to a move', the initial proposal has been made, as per Tobi Altschäffl.
Bayern are through to the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup, where they will face European champions Paris Saint Germain on Saturday at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Defeating Flamengo 4-2 in the round-of-16 courtesy of a Harry Kane double, Erick Pulgar own-goal and Leon Goretzka finish, Kompany will be hoping for a second taste of success after winning the German title at his first time of asking.
Whether Liverpool will entertain offers for Diaz remains to be seen, but he is a 'serious target' for the Bavarian club.
