If you're looking for the cheapest place to drink in Britain then get booking a train to Liverpool. The study placed the Beatles' home city in 25th place worldwide. There you'll get change from a tenner for a round of drinks with the average beer just £1.70. But the survey has ranked the top 10 cities on the planet based on the price of a pint - and it looks like Eastern Europe is a straight up winner, clinching the top 3 spots.
