British Royal Marines are some of the hardest soldiers on the planet.

But in case you were wondering just how hard these boys were, they rocked up in central London to show everyone. They put on a demonstration of unarmed combat techniques for crowds at Waterloo Station. And they weren't f**king about. Even if you've got a knife, cosh or a gun, these guys will still probably do you over. This is how to engage an enemy with their bare hands, as they showed rather brutally here.
