During police investigations, a witness told them that he'd heard screams of pain coming from Watson’s apartment in the early hours of the morning.
After searching Watson's abode and discovering bullet fragments on his bed, the officers interviewed the 'victim' again.
This time he admitted that he'd been examining the gun, placed it in his pocket and the shooter discharged on the shaft of his member.
Watson was then arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, and the false report of a crime.
