Man shoots own penis and tells police a ‘black guy’ did it

Donald Watson, a 43-year-old from South Dakota, is not a nice man, penis or no penis. He was rushed to hospital with a gunshot to his private parts, and told police that he'd been the victim of an attempted mugging by a 'black guy', whilst putting out his bins. Except he wasn't. Watson was then arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, and the false report of a crime.
