Shoppers are praising these 'brilliant' car dehumidifier bags that leave the 'windows in your car completely clear of condensation'.
With snow, ice and cold weather impacting the UK this week, you might be looking for ways to stop moisture from building up in your car overnight.
Well, this handy device means you can jump in your car and head on your daily commute without waiting for the windows to clear.
The Hillington Reusable Car Dehumidifier Bags are priced at £12.99 for an individual bag and £16.99 for a twin pack.
The description says the dehumidifier bags "keep your windscreen clear of condensation", as "the active carbon absorbs up to 60% of its weight in moisture keeping your windscreen and other glass free from condensate and other moisture".
They can also be used repeatedly, just check the blue indicator and if it has changed to pink they can be microwaved for five minutes and used in your car overnight again.
More than 8,000 shoppers have tried and tested the dehumidifier bags, giving them an average rating of 4.2 stars on Amazon.
One customer said in their five star review: "Bought these a couple of weeks ago and what an amazing item. Get in the car in a morning; windows outside iced up but clear as a bell inside. No moisture or condensation. Will definitely recommend them."
Another wrote: "These bags are amazing, since using them no moisture at all and the fact they are reusable is a bonus. They do come with a pad which holds them to the dashboard or you can just put them into the door pockets.
"The colour changing button is a great extra feature taking the guesswork out of the equation. When the colour changes pop them into the microwave and then reuse them again."
However not all reviews were positive with one buyer saying: "Put the two dehumidifiers close to screen either side and never cleared any condensation from right above them. Not worth even putting in the car as they don't do what they say they do. Disappointed."
But another wrote: "Superb! I use these in a campervan - one up front and one in the back. They have made a noticeable difference to the moisture in the van. Really easy to use, the dash sticker works really well - not had it slide about once!".
And: "Great buy. Worked instantly. Bought two and cleared the car and van of any condensation. Never been a problem since. All windows in car completely clear. Would definitely recommend and would buy again."
