Get paid £1,000 to review bottomless brunches

Don’t mind if we do

Social review platform, Psydro, is looking for ten people with elasticated waistbands and strong constitutions to review Britain’s best bottomless brunches. We know: we had you at elasticated waistbands.

Though this is surely the kind of job most people would do for free – consuming non-stop food and cocktails is a pretty good gig in itself if you ask us – you will also be paid £1,000 for your ‘efforts’. Mint.

Bottomless brunch is still a relatively recent advent in the UK but with so many having popped up in the past few years, Psydro are now looking to compile a list of the “Top 100 Bottomless Brunches” across the nation. To be honest, plenty of us are usually bottomless by the end of them anyway – where do we sign up?

Of course, it isn’t all just fun and games – there is some work involved: the ten testers will be review each offering based on everything from the service, quality of food and the menu itself, to the execution of dishes/drinks, environment factors, and the overall experience.

As such, they have stated that those who apply must have strong English writing skills and be able to easily travel to different venues, not to mention spend one day every weekend for the next three months eating and drinking your weight in brunch and booze. Again, not the worst way to spend your free time.

Pysdro’s founder, Tony Ward said that the aim of this over-facing objective is that “they hope that the ‘Bottomless Brunch Testers’ will help the UK public spend wisely!”, adding:

“With the lockdown lift just around the corner we’re keen to get going on this as soon as possible, and are going to be selecting our 10 testers at the end of May. We can’t wait to see everyone’s applications – if you think you’ve got what it takes then we urge you to apply. Good luck!”

As always with these things, applicants must 18 or over and must adhere to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions in place at each different bottomless brunch location. Candidates will be selected from all over the UK.

The deadline for applications is the end of this month – the 31st of May – so if you fancy stuffing your face with croissants, margaritas and everything in between, just head to their website and fill out the quick form.

See you on the other side, folks – that’s if we can still see after all the sauce.
