‘Time traveller’ shares video ‘proof’ of him meeting future self

Swedish time traveller says he has 'proof'

Time travellers are ten a penny at this point!

That’s right, another ‘time travel‘ video is doing the rounds on TikTok, as a Swedish man claims to have met himself in the future.

As you can see in the video posted to user @iimcf‘s account, a man named Håkan Nordkvist claims to not only have visited the future but even met his future self after – wait for it – climbing into the cupboard under the sink…

@iimcfDo you believe this? ? ##time ##travel ##timetravel ##science ##wow ##future ##viral ##fy ##fyp ##foryou♬ originalljud – Hello stranger

Yes, Nordkvist believes that door which, for most people, typically contains the U-bend to their kitchen sink, was in his case the equivalent of the wardrobe to Narnia.

As the documentary in which the clip is taken from goes on, the narrator teases the audience by baiting that “it would be very easy to dismiss [him] as a liar if it wasn’t for this…”. Just watch the clip:

@iimcfWhat do you think about this? ##time ##travel ##traveller ##future ##timetravel ##wow ##viral ##fyp♬ originalljud – Hello stranger

That’s that settled then: not only was Håkan able to capture his time in the future on his phone but he also conveniently bumped into an older man, who he claimed was in his 70s, that ever so slightly resembled him and happened to have the same tattoo on his right arm.

Well, either that or he simply recorded a video of him and another bald man – perhaps even a relative or somewhat similar-looking friend – who had the same ink or was at least willing to get it for the sake of a prank.

We would love absolutely love it if it turned out to be one of those temporary transfer tattoos you used to get at the fair.

Sorry guys, we’re just as surprised as you are but I guess we’ll have to wait until the next time traveller story comes out and keep our fingers crossed this one is a winner.

Last week, another self-proclaimed ‘time traveller’ on TikTok said something ‘life-changing’ is going to happen on Christmas Day this year.
