This is the best time to post on Instagram

It's changed since last year.

If you want to get the most ‘likes’ keep this in mind.

Last year people said that the best time to post on Instagram was in the evening, between 7pm and 9pm. It was thought that people would be more engaged at that time and would be more likely to interact with your photos.

But, it turns out it’s changed and now experts have said that lunchtime, between 11am and 1pm, is the best time to post.

According to The Sun, experts at Instagram scheduling app Later, have suggested that you should shift priority to the middle of the day, if it suits your audience.

They’ve also said that it’s important to keep some posts that you want to perform well for out of work hours. Targetting when people are free and will have access to the app.

They suggest for you to keep some good posts for the best weekday that suits your audience. Usually, it’s Wednesday or Thursday, but you will get a feel for what works best for you once you start posting more often.

A final point from the folks at Later is to keep the time of day in mind when you are on holidays, especially if you go further afield. There is no point posting something when it’s the middle of the night at home.

Some points to consider if you want to build on your account.
