‘I’ve got one vagina for work and another for play’
A woman born with two vaginas has told how she uses one for porn and the other to have sex with her husband.
Evelyn Miller, from Australia’s Gold Coast, was diagnosed with uterus didelphys in 2011 after years of painful sex. The condition gave the 31-year-old a double uterus, two sets of ovaries and two vaginas, which are all fully functional.
Six years earlier, she started noticing something was “wrong” after struggling to insert a tampon “in the place you’d usually find your vagina”.
At 17, Evelyn tried to have sex for the first time, but her partner’s penis “just kept hitting a wall”. She later found out this was because her urethra is “lower than usual” – and her two vaginas are positioned either side.
While initially anxious to speak about her rare condition with partners, the mum-of-two has now embraced it, and earns £12,000 a week on OnlyFans and Pornhub where she uploads videos of partnered and solo sex.
The marketer said she “avoided sex for so long”, because guys wouldn’t now how to be intimate with her and would “end up slamming their penis against my urethra”.
“I just didn’t know what was wrong with me,” Evelyn recalls. “I felt so much anxiety around sex – I only lived with my dad at the time, so I didn’t have anyone I could go to and ask privately.
“Google was out of the question – I lived on a remote farm and we literally only had dial-up, so I couldn’t just look my symptoms up on the internet. “
Evelyn said OnlyFans has helped her embrace her condition, as people are “fascinated” by it which is “really great.”
When she was diagnosed, Evelyn was told she had the “extreme” version of uterus didelphys. She has two vaginas, which are each connected to their own cervix, as well as two uteruses and two sets of ovaries.
The diagnosis gave Evelyn a new lease of life and she decided to use it to empower herself. She set up an OnlyFans account in 2018 – and started creating content with her husband, Tom.
The couple has since started a marketing business together – but they still create explicit content, and Evelyn says their success peaked while she was pregnant.
Evelyn said: “I was always curious about sex work, and sometimes other men are involved, too.
“It doesn’t feel like cheating really – I’ve got one vagina for work and another for play.
“It’s massively paid off for me, because people are really curious – they love the fact that I’ve got two vaginas.
“It might sound bad to say it, but that can feel incredibly validating.”
Evelyn said OnlyFans has also allowed her to raise awareness of uterus didelphys, a message she also spreads on TikTok. She now gets messages from women who are having “the worst time with it”.
“Some are completely unable to have children, which is heartbreaking. “I think I’ve been very lucky there.”
Despite initially worrying her condition would leave her infertile, Evelyn was able to conceive in her right uterus in October 2020, and again in November 2021.
She now has two children – Andrew, 20 months, and Georgia, eight months.
Evelyn added: “There was always a risk I could be pregnant with two babies at the same time. When I was pregnant with one, we’d still have to use condoms if we wanted to have sex in the other vagina.”
There were also complications after birth, with both babies being very small and needing to spend months in intensive care.
