This is worth a try.
There is nothing worse than going to the effort to get a takeaway, like McDonalds, to find your chips have gone cold and soggy when you get home. We'll still eat it but we would prefer if they were at least still warm.
One guy found a clever solution for this. He used his heated seats in his car to make sure his McDonalds arrived home nice and hot.
