McDonald’s launch the new Chicken Katsu Curry wrap in the UK today

What a way to start the year!

The fast food chain are kicking off 2025 with a flavourful bang, with the Chicken Katsu wrap launching in all restaurants in the UK and Ireland and via the McDonald’s app.

The Chicken Katsu One wrap, will cost just £1.99, but will only be available for a limited time only.

Inspired by the overwhelmingly popular response to the Katsu Curry Chicken McNuggets in 2021, the Chicken Katsu One wrap includes your choice of crispy or grilled chicken, coated in flavourful katsu sauce, packed with crispy onions, crunchy cucumber, and fresh lettuce - all wrapped in a warm, toasted tortilla. It’s the ideal option for a quick, satisfying lunch on the go!

The Katsu wrap isn't the only new addition to the menu though. If you're more of a beef person, you can enjoy the new BBQ Ranch Stack.

Featuring two 100% beef patties topped with cheese made with Emmental, lettuce, bacon, crispy onions, creamy ranch & sweet BBQ sauce, all in a glazed sesame seed bun.

There's also a return for the McCrispy® BBQ Smokehouse, 100% chicken breast fillet in a crispy, crunchy coating with a smoky BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, red onion, lettuce, all in a delicious sourdough-style sesame topped bun, available until May 6. 

And cheese fans can rejoice, as Mozzarella Dippers are back on the menu until March 25, available as a three-piece collection or a nine-piece sharebox.

There's something for the sweet-toothed among you as well, with the arrival of the brand new Milky Way McFlurry. This sweet treat includes soft dairy ice cream swirled with milk chocolate stars and malt flavoured pieces topped with a chocolate sauce.
