Brits will be able to enjoy McDonald's new menu item, The Big Arch, before the US does.
The new burger, made up of two Quarter Pounder beef patties, is said to be even bigger and wider in size compared to the iconic Big Mac.
Although we Brits still don't get to enjoy breakfast bagels, we do get to enjoy The Big Arch before it will appear on the McDonald's menu in the States.
The burger, deemed to have 'the maximum McDonald's flavour', will be part of the UK McDonald's menu from June 18.
If you can't wait that long, there are several countries you can visit which already include the item on their menu, such as France, Canada, and Portugal.
The most important question remains: what's in the new McDonald's burger?
The new burger features a new toasted sesame and poppy seed bun, crispy onions, slivered raw onions, shredded lettuce, pickles, two slices of white cheddar and two Quarter Pounder beef patties.
The showstopper, however, is the Big Arch sauce, which features McDonald's ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice.
According to Metro, Thomas O'Neill, head of menu at McDonald's UK and Ireland, contends that the new burger is one of the "biggest things [McDonald’s] will launch in a generation."
He continues: "The Big Arch is going to take us to the next level of great beef burgers.
"It’s designed to do two things, it’s designed to satisfy big McDonald’s hunger like nothing else on our menu and it’s also designed to taste amazing.
"A new iconic burger needs an equally iconic sauce. The sauce is brand new, it’s designed to look taste and feel like McDonald’s. If you close your eyes and try this product, it couldn’t be from anybody else but us.
"It's big, bold, and packed with serious deliciousness."
