BrewDog tease IPA jacuzzi in plans to build craft beer hotel in London

The search is on for a site to host DogHouse London

BrewDog have announced plans to open their first hotel in the United Kingdom following the success of their maiden venue in the States.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, the DogHouse hotel houses a craft beer museum as well as beer fridges in every room’s shower, and the same is planned for the opening of a London venue in the near future.

What’s more, an IPA jacuzzi has been teased by the Scottish brewer in a statement calling on their thousands of shareholder fans – known as Equity Punks – to help come up with ideas for perks.

“We are actively hunting for an epic site at the moment,” read the official Brewdog statement.

“Once we have opened up you guys will be able to stay for the ultimate pit stop on a visit to the capital and its amazing craft beer scene – but it will be packed with so many cool beer-related features you will never want to leave.

“Nothing is off limits at the moment – once we find a location we will make our London hotel every bit as amazing as the one on the other side of the Atlantic.”

It appears the plan is to model the venue on the Ohio DogHouse, which advertises prices of $162 per night for a two-person room.

“All rooms in the DogHouse London will have fresh craft beer you can pour for yourself in each room – and our now iconic shower-beer fridges will also feature,” added the BrewDog statement.
