A glimpse of Conor McGregor’s Icelandic training as he puts Gunnar Nelson through his paces

It's smart sparring, but it's not easy sparring.

McGregor, who has now confirmed that he will fight at UFC 200, was filmed going hard with both Nelson and Queally in the cage during sparring. 'The Notorious' has made a lot of noise about wanting to put training before all media activity this time around - and he certainly seems to be putting that philosophy into practice in Iceland.
