Video: ‘Fittest Man on Earth’ Rich Froning gets beaten at CrossFit by a 21-year-old guy

The kids are alright, sang The Offspring. But this young guy is more than alright - he beat four-time CrossFit world champion Rich Froning Jr in a workout. Froning is universally considered the Fittest Man on Earth after winning the Reebok CrossFit Games for the last four years. But then 21-year-old CrossFitter Jacob Anderson got one over on him in workout 15.4 of the worldwide CrossFit Open. Here's the workout that Anderson, Froning and 150,000 others across the world carried out... The challenge was to do as many reps as possible of handstand push-ups and cleans in eight minutes. Anderson finished in first place with 183 reps beating champion Froning into second by a whole 9 reps. He won $2,015 for his efforts. Anyone fancy taking this kid on? Nobody?
