Why squat fully clothed when you can do it stark b*llock naked as nature intended - that's what we always say here at JOE anyway.
But it's one thing enjoying a nude gym session in the privacy of your own home, it's another wanting to share it with the rest of the world.
Then again f**k it, you only live once - that must have been the thinking of this bloke who went on Norway's Got Talent to squat completely naked on prime-time family television.
We're still not entirely sure why he felt the need to show off his starkers squatting skills to the entire population of Norway, but we applaud him for it all the same.
The guy says he's going for a world record - although we don't know which one. The record for the most children mentally scarred by a TV talent show perhaps?
The judges' reactions are priceless. All we know is we'd love to see the look on Simon Cowell's face when the nude squatter hit full depth on BGT.
