Mum says she can’t return to gym after ‘progress pic’ mistake

A mum on TikTok made a rather unfortunate blunder when she misunderstood a text from her PT and sent him some rather revealing photos of herself over text. Gemma Hill, who works as a radio presenter at Heart West Midlands, was asked to take a progress pic or two as she continued to monitor her fitness and, in turn, could hopefully see the benefit over their weeks of training.

However, as you can see, the trainer simply meant for Gemma to take the pictures for herself and not only did he reassure that he doesn't ask clients to send pictures but that he also had to do some explaining to do to his significant other. The poor presenter quickly apologised to the confused fitness coach, writing "how embarrassing" and captioning the post: "How do I go back". The video has had over 180,000 views already, with over 11,000 likes and plenty of comments revelling in her mild misery, though many did confess that they were "dying inside" for her.
