Probably not as much as this 15-year-old girl. Naturally Maryana Naumova is Russian and she's stronger than St Petersburg steel. Here's a video of her bench pressing a colossal 150kg (that's 330lbs in old money) at the Arnold Classic. That's a world record and she is still in school for f*ck's sake. The JOE team really needs to up its gym game.
