The wives and girlfriends of England's players' have reportedly been approached to feature in a Netflix series that would be filmed during the Qatar World Cup.
According to The Sun, the popular streaming service have approached those closest to the England squad about filming a documentary about their time in the Middle East during the World Cup.
But despite the rumours, there's consensus that Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate would strongly disapprove of any who signed up, as he's worried that any off pitch drama could lead to distractions during the tournament.
A source said: The proposed docu-series would show off the luxury lifestyle these women lead as they support their other halves in the World Cup lead up.
"There is huge interest in them again as England prepare for the tournament. There is a wish-list in place of the women they want. Very substantial fees are being offered.
"However, it’s certain Gareth Southgate would strongly disapprove of any wives or girlfriends signing up to it, as it would be a major distraction to him and the players."
The report also claims that those approached have been offered an eye-watering sum of around £100m to feature in the programme.
Nations League campaign off to poor start
England's preparations for the World Cup haven't gotten off to the best start, having failed to win the opening three games of their Nations League campaign.
After a 1-0 loss to Hungary, the Three Lions were able to salvage a late draw against Germany before a goalless encounter against Italy at Molineux on Saturday.
The Three Lions are bottom of League A Group C and will be relegated if they remain fourth.
