We’re only halfway through June but it will be hard to find a more rock’n’roll moment at a music festival this summer than this from the Pinkpop festival in Holland.
David Achter de Molen — frontman of Dutch band John Coffey (like the Green Mile character, and spelt the same) — was crowd-walking during his set when a fan threw him a cup of beer with the kind of accuracy Tom Brady would be proud of.
The Pinkpop festival crowd may have been disappointed that Foo Fighters had to cancel after Dave Grohl broke his leg in Gothenburg, but at least the rock gods were still smiling on them with this brilliant scene.
