It turns out Victoria Beckham is something of a medical marvel.

Either that or somebody had an absolute shocker in attempting to touch her up for this snap for Chinese Vogue. The mother of four (and wife of David) is something of fashion icon these days, but this attempt at a professional photoshop isn't very chic at all. As you'll notice after a double-take, the former Spice Girl is missing something quite important in this athletic pose - and we don't mean her trousers...

Yes that's right - Victoria is without a small but significant portion of her upper thigh. In terms of looking natural and untouched, she hasn't got a leg to stand on.
