Hanks makes an attempt to control the shaking by placing his left hand underneath the microphone, before trying to switch hands completely.
He finished: "We had an absolutely magnificent time with you all.
"There is something about the people and the place of the Gold Coast that makes everyone walk around with a confident look on their face. We were a part of that.
"Your confidence, joy and zest for life comes through in our motion picture."
Elvis is a biopic about the singer's life, with Austin Butler playing the role of the 'King of Rock and Roll.'
Hanks stars as the singer's manager, Colonel Tom Parker.
The film is set to hit screens in the US and the UK on June 24.
