Kurt Cobain is undoubtedly one of the most influential musicians of the modern age.

But after bringing grunge into the mainstream with Nirvana, he took his own life at just 27-years-old in 1994. Now, for the first time in over two decades, we finally have some new material of his to enjoy after a recording of long-forgotten track 'Sappy' emerged online. While researching a documentary on the former Nirvana frontman titled 'Montage of Heck', director Brett Morgen discovered this recording of a young Kurt playing the song. The recording is rough and he hasn't quite found his voice yet, but the music itself carries that classic Nirvana feel. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Si7Kdxf8CkA
