Actor Thomas Turgoose, best known for playing Shaun in Shane Meadow's 2006 film This Is England and its follow-up TV series, has posted a photo to social media showing off his dramatic weight loss. The 26-year-old actor has dropped from 13 stone to just 10 after he began working out - saying he enjoys "running, football and the gym" as a good way of "keeping [himself] sane." Sharing the before after pic to Twitter, he wrote: "Went from over 13 stone to just over 10 stone. Feeling very good.
