Actor Thomas Turgoose, best known for playing Shaun in Shane Meadow's 2006 film This Is England and its follow-up TV series, has posted a photo to social media showing off his dramatic weight loss. The 26-year-old actor has dropped from 13 stone to just 10 after he began working out - saying he enjoys "running, football and the gym" as a good way of "keeping [himself] sane." Sharing the before after pic to Twitter, he wrote: "Went from over 13 stone to just over 10 stone. Feeling very good. Healthy and fit at the minute." https://twitter.com/ThomasTurgoose1/status/1052469275141857281 Fans on Twitter praised him for the transformation, one wrote: "Looking great mate. Keep it going", another added: "Congrats fella no pain no gain and all that well done." He follows in the footsteps of Jeward and Drake from Drake and Josh, as someone who has hit the gym and got ripped over the past year.
