Shame! Shame! Shame!

That one word still reverberates around in the heads of Game of Thrones fans from the famous 'walk of atonement' scene. You remember? The one where Cersei Lannister was made to walk naked through the streets of King's Landing, pelted with eggs, all the while flanked by a stoney-faced nun booming that word "SHAME" over and over. That nun in question is called Unella - a Septa of the Faith of the Seven and a devoted follower of the High Sparrow who is running the show in the capital of Westeros. Game Of Thrones' 'SHAME' nun Unella is super glamorous in real life Most recently, Unella has been gloomily badgering the likes of the imprisoned Margaery and Loras Tyrell to confess their 'sins'. She's got a face more miserable than a wet weekend in Scarborough and sourer than a bulldog licking piss of a thistle. So it came as a big surprise to see what the actress who plays her, Hannah Waddingham, looks like in real life. She couldn't be further from the pious, pontificating, harridan she plays in Game of Thrones - she's altogether more glamorous. https://twitter.com/hanwaddingham/status/544508030680064000 When she's not decked in a dour grey habit and yelling shame at anyone who so much as farted in church, the 41-year-old actress is known for her extensive work in TV and musicals. You might not recognise her without the bell, but she has been on shows including Footballers’ Wives, My Family, Benidorm and Partners In Crime. She is a multiple Olivier Award nominee for her work in the musicals Monty Python’s Spamalot, Kiss Me Kate and A Little Night Music. https://twitter.com/hanwaddingham/status/421641470861266947 https://twitter.com/patryk_haracz/status/670696284047736833 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDMil9NFg8c
