The conviction of Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey has gripped the world after being featured in the Netflix documentary, leading to comments from anyone and everyone. Amateur sleuths have chipped in on Twitter and Reddit, but those directly affected by the case have also had their say. And the latest to voice her opinion is Dolores Avery, Steven's mother, who has a quite remarkable allegation regarding what she believes happened before her son was imprisoned for the murder of journalist Teresa Halbach. Mrs Avery alleges that Halbach is still alive and well, a theory which ties into claims that her son was framed. She made the claim on an appearance on Boston radio programme "The Hill-Man Morning Show", and the audio has been shared by TMZ.com.
