Simon Cowell concerns fans with appearance as they ‘don’t recognise him’

Simon Cowell has sparked concerns among fans after a video was posted in which he calls on people to audition for the next series of Britain's Got Talent. On Thursday, the BGT Twitter channel shared a video in which the TV judge appeals for contestants for the show.

He said in the short clip: "I always say on this show, two or three minutes can change your life. And it has. And maybe this time it's gonna be you.

"So please audition now for next year's season and I look forward to meeting you."

But many were left shocked and stunned at Cowell's appearance, saying that they "didn't recognise him." I'm torn between my general hatred of Simon Cowell's TV shows & being alarmed as to how he looks these days. I'm going for the latter this morning." And someone else said he was being "held together with spit and prayers." The video has since been deleted by the BGT channel. Cowell has previously spoken about how he had "gone a bit too far" with botox and fillers. He told the Sun: "There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. "Eric (his son) was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero."
