Police looking for suspected thief who looks like Ross from Friends

Could he BE any more of a suspect?

Police in Blackpool are looking for an alleged thief who looks a lot like Ross Gellar from Friends. 

The suspect is seen in the photo carrying a crate of cans out of a location in the town centre. Authorities want to speak to him “in relation to a theft at a Blackpool restaurant on the September 20^th”.

People on social media quickly jumped on the fact that he looks a lot like David Schwimmer, the actor best known for playing Ross in the 1990s sitcom.

And the comments are now full of Friends quotes.

Police have even gone as far as checking Schwimmer’s whereabouts on the night in question.

“Thank you to everyone for your speedy responses,” they comments on the post. “We have investigated this matter thoroughly and have confirmed that David Schwimmer was in America on this date. We’re so sorry it has to be this way”.

David Schwimmer played Ross Gellar on the show for a decade, between 1994 and 2004.
