Kendra Walden, a resident who witnessed the Chucky-impersonator, wrote on Facebook: "Dear parents of the little boy in the Chucky costume in Pinson. Get your kid. I almost had a heart attack.
"We took some pictures of him. We thought it was so funny."
The kid's crazy act has done some serious damage on the internet - racking up over 50,000 likes, 16,000 comments and over 100,000 shares.
"This is terrifying while at the same time brilliant," one person commented.
"Could you imagine seeing this in person?" another questioned.

Speaking to WDHN, Jackson's mum Britnee Reed explained how her son often wears his costume around the house, as well as out and about in the community.
"That’s just kind of how his personality is. He dresses up in different costumes throughout the week. He loves to make people laugh," she said.
Reed was at work when her co-worker showed her the viral photos, and initially responded by saying that was something her son would do... before realising it was actually her son.
"I zoomed in and said, ‘Oh my goodness,’ that’s my kid," she said.

Reed then got in touch with her mother, who was watching Jackson, and found out she had helped him in the costume so he could scare the neighbours.
A number of fans have since got in touch, asking if Jackson can come to their birthday bashes to scare guests. He has politely declined but will continue to scare his own neighbours, probably when they least expect it...
