15 years ago, Frank the Tank was unleashed upon the world and things have never gone back. Since premiering in 2003, Todd Phillips' comedy has become a bonafide cult-classic and the love that people still have for the gang and Blue (YOU'RE MY BOY!) is as strong as ever.
