These were the top most complained about films of the year for “graphic violence”

What the hell?

You know what it’s like.

People will generally complain about most things, you only have to watch that weird BBC show “Points of View” to find that out.

The British Board of Film Classification have released the most complained about films of the past year, and there are some obvious ones on the list.

Spectre, the latest James Bond film, is top of the list.

Apparently some people thought it was too graphic in its depiction of violence for a 12a rated film, which might be a fair concern if you’re a parent.

“One scene involving an eye-gouging was slightly too strong for the company’s preferred 12A classification,” said the BBFC.

But the fifth most complained about film in the UK this year is something we really didn’t expect.

Minions drew more complaints than almost any other film released in this country in the past year, not because it’s quite annoying and a bit weird (which it is, come on, it is), but actually because of a medieval torture rack violence scene.

Kids films sound like they’ve changed a lot since I was young.
