'What have you done, Elijah?'
The second trailer for Glass has dropped and you bet Bruce Willis and James McAvoy are going to beat the piss out of each other.
Back in 2000, M. Night Shyamalan wrote and directed a brilliant superhero deconstruction movie called Unbreakable with Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson. It was arguably his best movie, but didn't set the box office alight, so he moved on to bigger but not necessarily better things.
In 2017, hot off the surprise hit The Visit, he released Split, a surprisingly very good thriller with James McAvoy playing a man suffering from multiple personality disorder, one of which he believed to be a monster with superhuman strength.
At the end of that movie, we discovered that the story existed in the same world as the characters of Unbreakable, which is where Glass picks up.
If Shyamalan can continue his hot streak, this Glass could end up being the surprise hit of the winter.
