The latest accusation against the actor involves grooming an underage fan

Ezra Miller is not part of Warner Bros’ future plans for The Flash movies, according to reports.

The DC star is facing accusations of manipulating and grooming an underage fan in the latest controversy surrounding The Flash star. A 12-year old and a mother were granted a temporary harassment prevention order against the actor, after Miller allegedly menaced the family and acted inappropriately toward the nonbinary child, The Daily Beast reports.

Back in March, Miller was arrested while on holiday in Hawaii for harassment and disorderly conduct at a karaoke bar, as well as for an alleged assault at a private event.

And these aren’t the only occasions Miller has been caught up in the middle of a controversy. Back in 2020, a video of the actor appearing to choke a female fan in Iceland went viral.

The 29-year-old actor has already appeared in many of DC‘s ensemble superhero films, and is set to star in the standalone The Flash movie in 2023.

But their future in the films is said to be uncertain.

Deadline understands that Warner Bros has tried getting help for Miller, but the worrying headlines continue to pile up.

One studio source told the publication that there is “no winning in this for Warner Bros,” adding: “The hope is that the scandal will remain at a low level before the movie is released, and hope for the best to turn out.”

But sources said that, even if no more allegations surface, the studio is unlikely to keep Miller in the Flash role in future DC films. This would of course mean finding a replacement for Miller, but there is still a $200 million investment on the line.

Warner Bros has so far declined to comment.
