Drawing a line...

Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski says the video for Robin Thicke and Pharrell William’s Blurred Lines is the ‘bane of her existence’.

Speaking to InStyle magazine, Ratajkowski explains that she is still pestered about the infamous video to this day, complaining that whenever “anyone comes up to me about Blurred Lines, I’m like, ‘Are we seriously talking about a video from three years ago?’”

Despite starring in Gone Girl, amongst other movies, the London-born model is still most famous for appearing in the video from 2003.

The song has been accused of glorifying rape culture, whilst the video features women wearing very little or nothing as the men dance about fully-dressed.

Ratajkowski confesses that she wasn’t overly happy on appearing in the first place.

“I wasn’t into the idea at all at first,” she explains. “I think I came off as a bit annoyed in the video.”
