Some three years after the last episode of his BBC breakfast show, Chris Moyles is ready to go back on the air.
The 41-year-old DJ is joining Radio X - the station formerly known as Xfm, and his breakfast show will be in direct competition with his BBC successor Nick Grimshaw when the show launches on September 21.

Moyles isn't the only big name coming to the revamped radio station. He will be joined by the likes of Vernon Kay, Johnny Vaughan and Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson.
Kay, who will present the mid-morning show, said: "It’s going to be a real honour to have Chris Moyles as my warm-up, bringing his unique style of broadcasting back onto the radio waves."
